Engineering
Our engineering staff is equipped with state-of-the-art CAD/CAM and 3D mechanical modeling systems for the design and production of cutting tools, molds, fixtures, product inserts, and specialized equipment.  We are continually upgrading our facility, our equipment, and our production capabilities to provide the most productive and appropriate equipment, in order to meet our commitment to excellence in product, quality and value.

Chemical Compounding
We excel in our ability to formulate and produce advanced urethane chemical systems.  Our polymer plant, chemical compounding facilities, and material processing equipment have been designed specifically for the types of chemicals we process.  We work closely with all appropriate regulatory agencies not only to ensure our compliance, but to also serve as a model facility for other companies not in compliance.

Quality Control
Our quality program is unmatched in our field. It consists of an extensive chemical analysis and physical testing program that ensures material consistency and product performance.  We take great pride in putting our reputation, experience, and name into our customers’ products.

Research and Development
Chemical formulating, product design, and process development are inherent in out company's philosophy.  Our chemists and engineers are lead by our Executive Management Team, whose technical strengths are specifically in product design, urethane formulating, mechanical, and process development.  Additionally, we maintain close working relationships with each of our raw material and intermediate suppliers to keep current with all of the industry developments.

“Green” Plastics
A new development recently brought to market is in the production of a PUR wheel that uses a material that derived from a soy bean based resin as a portion of it’s composition. This product is marketed as a green alternative to oil based products and is finding favor in the youth market that many of our products service.

The company grew by developing new products to solve customers' problems using polyurethane products such as automobile suspension bushings and water valve seals.  Recent growth has resulted from entering the market for forklift tires and pallet jack wheels.  Because polyurethane is widely variable in hardness and elasticity, it is uniquely suited for many applications in which natural and other synthetic rubbers are inadequate or inappropriate.

Polyurethane Foam Products
Our capabilities include specialty foam formulations with densities of 2.7 pcf to 4.0 pcf and integral skin foams with densities of 18 pcf to 30 pcf.  We have custom molded parts for industries including marine, toy, appliance, and furniture
